How Do I Process Film?
Firstly our lab is maintained to the highest level and control strips and paper balances are completed regularly to maintain the highest possible quality
To process your film you have a number of options.

1./Drop it into  our retail outlet(address below) and we will call you when it is ready and you can either pick it up or we can send it back to you.
2./Send it via post preferably registered to our main processing Centre(address below) and we will send it back to you. We will return the film with a envelope for your next film free

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WITH THE FILM.(if you send in multiple films please specify the number you have sent)

We can also put your film onto CD or email you via our Drobox

System Requirements (Recommended)
You will need the latest installation of your Web Browser along with the latest installation of Java.
Our ordering software is all cloud based meaning you only require an internet connection to use our services. You can login to your account wherever you have a computer with an internet connection.
How do I create an account?
Either click on the "Login / Register" button at the top of the home page, OR simply click on a product's UPLOAD NOW button, which will open a new window. Click on the "Login / Register" button. Enter the required information, and click on the "Submit" button. Go now to Create an Account
Image Files (Recommended)
To upload photos from a PC, you can use the following file types: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe), PNG (.png) To upload photos from a Mac, you can use the following file types: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe), PNG (.png) Any digital photo you upload must have an ending that matches one of the above file types (e.g. holiday.jpg). When you are using the Uploader you are only able to upload files in JPG or PNG file formats.
Image Quality
When ordering prints or personalised gifts please ensure that you upload an image with a high resolution to ensure best quality finished product. Upon receipt of your order if we feel that the quality /resolution of the uploaded image is not of an acceptable size we will contact you to advise of same.
Delivery Prices
Our Postage & Packaging charge is from €3 per delivery. We use FASTWAY COURIER SERVICE and AN POST for our deliveries. Order will be delivered within 5 working days.For EXPRESS next day delivery there is a set charge of €15
Payment Security
photoprints.ie uses Stripe Payments (Ireland's largest online payments Company) to process your credit card details during checkout in real-time. All data transmitted is encrypted via a secure server (SSL) and we do not store your card details. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your other information once it is in our records. Delivery times
Our turnaround times (To your door) are made up of production time combined with delivery time. These are based on Monday to Friday working days but are still only estimates, as these can be affected at peak times or by shipping courier delays. However, if you've still not received your order 10 days after order confirmation then please make contact with us.
Forgotten Password
Passwords are not accessible via our customer service team, so if you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link. You will need to enter your email address and will be sent a new secure password reset link, which will lead you to a secure password reset page where you can set your new password. The new password you choose should be memorable and at least 8 characters long.
Film Processing
At Photoprints.ie we can process and print your photos from your 35mm film or a disposable camera. Just post your film or disposable camera to us, Navan Frame and Print Centre,Unit 1A Balmoral Industrial estate,Kells Road Navan Co Meath we will process, print and return photos to you via our Fastway Courier Service. It's the customer's responsibility to post their film to us; photoprints are responsible for the return postage ONLY. At the time of processing you can also have your photos saved onto CD. or sent via dropbox.Please include your email with your order.
Can I Make A Change To My Order?
Once your order has been submitted, it uploads directly into an automated processing system. As it is an automated system; once your order has been placed it is generally not possible to make any changes to your order but if you contact us before your order has been printed we may be able to make the changes.
